Delivery will be confirmed after processing is complete. Total cost includes all processing, cutting, and wrapping fees.
1/4 Share consists of 110 lbs. – 115 lbs. of beef and generally includes the following assortment of cuts (final cut list could be more or less depending on the weight of the animal):
- 4-6 Ribeye Steaks – May include combination of bone-in and boneless (Cut 1.5″ thick and approx. 1.5 lbs. each)
- 5-7 Premium Steaks including a combination of New York Steaks (Cut 1.5″ thick and approx. 1 lb. each), Filet Mignon (~ 0.5 – 1 lbs), and loin cuts (Cut 2″ thick and approx. 12 oz. each)
- 1 pkg. Ranchers (Chuck Eye) Steaks (approx. 1.5 lb. each)
- 2-3 pkgs. Top Sirloin Steaks (Cut 1″ thick and approx. 1 lb. each)
- 2-3 pkgs. Fajita Meat (1 lb. each)
- 4-6 pkgs. Stew/Kabob Meat (1 lb. each)
- 1 Tri-Tip Roast (2-3 lbs. each) OR 1 Flank Steak (1 lb.)
- 2-3 pkgs. Skirt Steak (approx. 1 lb. each)
- 3 – 4 Roasts – Assorted combination of Roasts
- 1 Flat Iron Steak (approx. 1 lb. each)
- 4-6 pkgs. Short Ribs (2 per pkg.)
- 1-2 pkgs. Shank (2 per pkg. cut 2″ thick)
