1/2 Share consists of 215 lbs. – 220 lbs. of beef and generally includes the following assortment of cuts (final cut list could be more or less depending on the weight of the animal):
- 11-13 Ribeye Steaks – May include combination of bone-in and boneless (Cut 1.5″ thick and approx. 1.5 lbs. each)
- 9-11 Premium Steaks including a combination of New York Steaks (Cut 1.5″ thick and approx. 1 lb. each), Filet Mignon (~ 0.5 – 1 lbs), Loin cuts (Cut 2″ thick and approx. 12 oz. each)
- 1-2 pkgs. Ranchers (Chuck Eye) Steaks (approx. 1.5 lb. each)
- 3-4 pkgs. Top Sirloin Steaks (Cut 1″ thick and approx. 1 lb. each)
- 3-5 pkgs. Fajita Meat (1 lb. each)
- 8-10 pkgs. Stew/Kabob Meat (1 lb. each)
- 1 Tri-Tip Roast (2-3 lbs. each)
- 1 Flank Steak (approx. 1 lb.)
- 3-5 pkgs. Skirt Steak (approx. 1 lb. each)
- 5 Roasts – Assorted combination of Roasts
